The Foundation was started due to efforts of American and Ukrainian citizens in December 2009.
For many years the Foundation has been a secure partner with Ukrainian and International organizations. In particular, the Foundation has been:
- a member of “The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine”
- a signatory of “ Ukrainian UN Global Compact ”
- a supporter “ The Council of Protection of Patients’ Rights and safety”
- a sponsor of “ Ukrainian Catholic University”
- doing its best to develop “ Ukrainian Philanthropists Forum”
- a member of “association of Philanthropists of Ukraine”

We would like to pay attention that the Foundation does not provide personalized assistance to individuals without medical education.
The assistance is provided only to legal entities and medical workers.
About the programs of the Foundation
The Foundation “The Ukrainian People’s Health” is one of the organizers of the independent competition “National Medical Award” (2010-2014).
Since 2011 The Foundation has been a part of:
- Ideas of transparent charity in health care field
- Principles of interaction between philanthropists and media
- Formation of the foundation for raising the honor and dignity of Ukrainian doctors and nurses
- Implementation of programs to fight medical errors
- Support in the fight against corruption in healthcare field
- Conservation of the documentary heritage of the history of Ukrainian medicine, including the COVID-19 period
Since 2015 some of the Foundation’s programs are in the format of reformatting, some are undergoing a planned update. More detailed information is represented at the link

The emblem of the International Charitable Foundation “The Ukrainian People’s Health” is an image of heart in yellow and blue colors as Ukrainian flag.
It is used as a symbol of protection, preservation, and improvement of people’s health who connect themselves with the Ukrainian people and as a distinctive sign of belonging to Ukraine.
